Dollar Falls on Deepening U.S. Recession, Rate-Cut Speculation

Nov. 27 (Bloomberg) — The dollar fell against the yen and the euro after the biggest drop in U.S. consumer spending in seven years fanned speculation the Federal Reserve will cut interest rates to help avert a prolonged recession.

The currency also declined on concern the Fed
